Club Update

You may have seen the recent announcement from Scottish Cycling confirming that club activity can resume, with restrictions, including maintaining two-meter social distancing. The committee met to consider if it is practical to resume club rides at this stage and have come to the conclusion that, given the restrictions on group size ( which would typically be a maximum of five) and the need to maintain two-metrer physical distancing, it is not practical to re-commence official club activity yet. It is anticipated that the current limits on group size and social distancing will be relaxed at Stage 4 of the Scottish Governments COVID-19 route map and club activity will be able to resume.

In the meantime, your memberships will remain suspended.

We are aware that many members are arranging meet-ups for informal rides and we support and encourage you to do so, please consider though if you are wearing club kit that you act responsibly and within the guidelines.
